Left the best for last!!! Huge congrats to our most committed & loyal member Lyndon, our December 2017 member of the month! Lyndon has been consistently training hard all year and will very rarely miss a day. He has been a CrossFitter for a long time and through hard work he has become a very well rounded athlete. Lyndon also gets behind other athletes in the gym and also attends all comps to cheer all our members on. Lyndon has been smashing Enduro class at 4.30 lately and is one of the strongest in the gym on the rower. CrossFit is all about community and Lyndon is a perfect example of that. 2018 is going to be a big year for Lyndon and can’t wait to see him dominate the Masters League and continue to grow an athlete.
