Joel has recently started his journey with CrossFit Access and we are so impressed with his dedication, enthusiasm and attitude. Joel is one of the nicest guys in the box - always going out of his way to make friends with athletes, new and old and often brings his big Bernese Mountain Dog (Barry) to the box for a cuddle. Joel has been crushing his workouts lately - specially anything with running and pull ups. We can't wait to see what Joel achieves with a few more months experience under you! Huge congrats to our box junkie for November Joel, and let's get to know more about this cool guy here:

- Why did you start CrossFit? I started CrossFit because i needed something extra in my life outside of home and work. I've always played team sports and since i've stopped, i have needed something else. Always enjoyed my fitness but i needed to step it up and thought CrossFit was the perfect way to learn and push myself outside of my own boundaries.
- What do you love about CrossFit Access? To be honest i love the fact that i go to training now not thinking about how hard its going to be or what we are doing etc. I get pumped to see the same crew there each day and have a chat. I love all the coaches and the fact that no one has egos. I love the variety of the workouts and how each one changes. The amount of combinations makes every workout original and interesting. I love learning new skills, failing at them, and then finally being able to see progress. There's plenty i still cant do but that excites me.
- Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? It might seem hard or even intimidating at first but you wont regret sticking to it and giving it your all. You will only achieve fitness, results and good mates.
